1. By manually toggling the high report positioning needle and low report positioning needle, within the set range to control the contactor suction, to provide power to the electric contact meter, so that the electric contact meter can work normally.

2. Through the control of the voltage on and off and use two different operating voltage contacts to realize the internal circuit of the instrument on or off, so as to control the instrument's working status.

3. According to the frequency of the control voltage, the function of alarm can also be realized. When the flow rate in the meter reaches a certain value or the control voltage is abnormal, the alarm will sound to remind people to carry out maintenance and handling.
