WECLEARMED Gas Self-Developed 3rd Generation Intelligent Central Oxygen Supply System Has Been Successfully Landed

WECLEARMED Gases engineering Company leads the intelligent upgrade of medical central oxygen supply system, and the whole series of products have passed ISO13485 and 9001 certification. Recently, WECLEARMED Gas Engineering, a well-known medical gas system integrator in China, announced that its self-developed 3rd generation intelligent central oxygen supply system has been successfully landed in a number of tertiary hospitals across the country. The system integrates oxygen generator, oil-free air unit, oil-free negative-pressure vacuum unit, micro-oil scroll unit, oiled screw unit, medical gas automatic manifold, alarm valve box, area alarm and other core equipment, ICU operating room bedside centralized gas terminal plugs of the integrated band, gas terminal plugs, the use of the German standard, French standard, Australian standard, British standard, European standard, the U.S. standard DISS interface technology, comprehensively adapted to the Ohmeda, chemetron and other international mainstream medical equipment brands.

In the field of ICU and operating room special engineering, the company innovatively launched the "modular integrated belt" solution. This device integrates the medical pipeline gas engineering system including: medical oxygen area valve box, gas terminal plug and PB oxygen inhaler, real-time pressure grading monitoring and centralized monitoring through the bedside equipment belt device and medical gas alarm.

It is worth mentioning that its equipment with bedside device is made of aviation-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy, and supports the synchronous installation of customized negative-pressure waste-fluid collection device (1L-5L capacity optional) and negative-pressure drainage bottles, which effectively improves the efficiency of clinical operation.

The person in charge of the technical department revealed that the new generation of medical gas air unit and negative pressure unit system has broken through three core processes:

1: Gas flow meter with PB (Pressure Balance) patented technology, with an accuracy of ±1.5%FS;

2: Medical gas alarm built-in dual redundant sensors, response time reduced to 0.3 seconds;

3: The gas terminal plug passes 100,000 times of plugging and pulling endurance test, and complies with ASTM F1209 standard. Currently the related technology has applied for 12 utility model patents.

To meet the needs of special medical scenarios, the company has introduced customizable services: medical gas manifold supporting 2-30 parallel gas supply, alarm valve box equipped with sound and light dual-mode alarm system and central monitoring function, air flow meter range covering 0-100L/min. In terms of hospital sensory control, its self-developed negative-pressure waste liquid collection device is made of medical-grade PC material, equipped with anti-reverse-flow device and visualization level monitoring window, and has been CE double-certified by FDA. The device has passed CE and FDA dual certification.

Data from the marketing department shows that WECLEARMED's shipments of medical gas systems will grow 67% year-on-year in 2025, of which the market share of integrated belt products with centralized gas terminal plugs at the bedside of the operating room exceeds 28%. Currently, it is carrying out joint research and development of hospital centralized oxygen design, networking and monitoring system with many domestic and foreign hospital gas construction projects, and expects to launch a new generation of intelligent gas management system in June 2025 in line with ISO 7396-1 standard.
