The working principle of the 2BE1 series is not only simple, advanced and perfect, but also has been tested by Siemens' practice for nearly 100 years, which means that it can operate continuously day and night without problems. The simple design and reliable construction of the 2BE1 series ensure that it performs well even in the most demanding working environments. The rotor is the strongest of all liquid ring pumps, the blade on the impeller casting is short and strong, and has a ring reinforcement and a full-length conical wheel to further strengthen, and the impeller and the shaft are installed with a tight fit. The radial force acts on the shaft through both ends of the blade, and its application point is close to the radial bearings on both sides, and the resulting peak vibration is less than 0.025mm. From the above, it can be seen that the 2BE1 series can operate reliably even in large applications, such as when inhaling large amounts of liquid with the medium. The rotors of the 2BE1 series are supported by grease lubricated roller bearings on both sides, which are rated B-10 for more than 100,000 hours. The axial closure of the impeller is accomplished by flat discs on both sides, which are then fixed in the middle of these two flat discs by grease lubricated thrust bearings with large axial clearances between the Wells. The rotor can maintain its axial position even when it is subjected to large axial forces under unexpected circumstances, including axial forces due to process system vibration or frequent changes in process conditions. The replacement of stainless steel bushing is used as the standard pile component to minimize the corrosion of the shaft and the wear of the shaft itself.

The Oil-free rotary vane medical vacuum system is a cost-effective solution for applications where oil in the pump chamber or oil mist in the exhaust may be undesirable, because there is no oil vapor in the oil-free vacuum pump, the medical vacuum system will not becontaminated by oil during use.  It is an ideal vacuum pump for medical gas systems.

Simple design requires less routine maintenance than an oil-immersed pump, and does not cause many inconveniences and troubles of the lack of vacuum pump oil, but requires regular blade replacement.
