PSA Generator process introduces low-pressure process into the air separation equipment, which reduces the energy consumption of air separation and improves the safety of operation. The process calculations and unit equipment design use the corresponding chemical software for process distillation calculations and structural calculations to ensure that the equipment is advanced and reliable.
In order to meet the market demand, the company not only produces conventional external compression air separation equipment, but also developed a series of internal compression air separation process, reducing the installation workload of complete sets of equipment and equipment maintenance.
The company has designed and developed purification systems with skid-mounted design to minimize the piping installation time on site. Liquid air separation equipment requires more cooling capacity than gas air separation equipment.
According to the different output of liquid air separation equipment, we use a variety of different refrigeration cycle processes: pressurized turbine expansion refrigeration, low temperature pre-cooling mechanism refrigeration, circulating compressor high and low pressure expander expansion refrigeration and so on, through a variety of ways in order to achieve the goal of reducing energy consumption. The control system adopts DCS or PLC control system, and auxiliary field instrumentation, so that the whole set of equipment to achieve simple operation, stability and reliability.
1. Air compressor (screw type): Air is used as raw material to collect and compress air to 8 bar.
2. Cold dryer: Standard configuration removes moisture and impurities from the air, making the dew point of the air reach -20 ℃ (intermediate configuration uses adsorption dryer, dew point reaches -40 ℃; advanced configuration uses combination dryer, dew point reaches -60 ℃).
3. Precision filter: A/T/C three-stage filter for oil and dust removal and impurity removal
4. Air buffer tank: stores pure and dry air as raw material reserve for subsequent adsorption and separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
5. Adsorption tower: A&B adsorption towers can work alternately, regenerate adsorption, and filter out oxygen molecules by filling sodium type molecular sieves.
6. Oxygen&nitrogen analyzer: real-time monitoring and analysis of oxygen and nitrogen purity
7. Valves&Pipelines: Intelligent control valves achieve fully automatic operation of equipment, PLC control, SUS304 pipeline.
8. Oxygen&Nitrogen Buffer Tanks: Store oxygen and nitrogen with qualified purity
9. Pressure regulator: Adjust and stabilize the outlet pressure of oxygen and nitrogen (3-6 bar).
10. Dust filter: Remove dust caused by molecular sieves in oxygen and nitrogen
11. Check valve: prevents oxygen and nitrogen reflux
12. Turbocharger: an oxygen and nitrogen booster that boosts the pressure of oxygen and nitrogen to the filling pressure, usually 150 bar or 200 bar
13. Pressure regulating valve: Oxygen & Nitrogen compressor pressure regulation
14. Charging discharge: Divert high-pressure oxygen & nitrogen into each gas cylinder
